Your Content is stored as as Markdown files ("pad", "pads") in our database(s) and can be accessed with a unique URL. The pad's can be viewed and modified by everyone in possession of the URL.

If you create a pad, post content to the Website or to pads, or otherwise make material available by means of the Website, you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text or computer software. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the rights or permission needed to comply with these Terms. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:
- displaying, downloading and other use of the Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright or trademarks, of any third party;

Collab.md has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Collab.md's sole discretion
- refuse or remove any content
- terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason.
