You can remove single revisions from the history panel after you unlocked it here.
Unlock
This removes all saved revisions and keeps only the most recent version of your pad.

To continue type the administrator password again.

This option sets the standard view when loading the pad. For example you can select 'Preview' to hide the markdown source. The view can still be changed with the toolbar buttons.
Your pad looks better with a dark background? Set up the default theme when loading the page.
For encrypted pads the password can be submitted automatically. This skips the 'Enter password' screen and can be useful e.g. if you want to create a bookmark. However, it is recommended to let contributors enter the password on their own to avoid accidentally leaking the password via share URL.
In side-by-side view, source and preview are synced. Normally, both sides scroll at the same speed. Sticky scrolling may be a better choice if the pad contains much embedded content as the position sticks to these elements. However, scrolling is not as smooth as without sticky scrolling enabled.
